This style of training consists of online workout programs, diet plans and progress tracking to make sure your results are the most effective. NOTE: Equipment is highly recommended.

Private 1-on-1 Fitness Training
The traditional training method in the fitness world. This style of training is great for improving exercise form, making sure everything is done correctly and most importantly, give you that extra push when you need it. You will be given training programs, diet plans and progress tracking. No distractions, no time wasting; it's only you and the trainer. With this program, you have the option of training at home, gym or any other *desired location in Miami with your trainer.

Virtual 1-on-1 Fitness Training
This type of training is great for clients that have difficulty commuting to locations or feel more comfortable at their homes or office. It is a virtual video call between you and the trainer, where intensity and productivity are the main focus. Similar to the 1-on-1 training style, you will be given workout programs, diet plans and progress tracking. NOTE: Equipment is highly recommended.
