Where is FIT located ? Are there any facilities ?

We are a company designed to commute to our clients for private sessions and provide online training programs as an alternative to private sessions. We do not have a facility, however, we work with some gym facilities in Miami and also can attend any other location* specified by the client. We COME to YOU!

*Some locations in Miami may not be available for our services.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

We have a variety of suggestions for equipment that clients can acquire. Sometimes a gym is not necessary to exercise, so getting equipment to keep at home is an excellent idea. You can get our list of recommended equipment upon request.

What is the pricing of the programs?

We have many options to choose from. We offer private 1-on-1 sessions to online programs where clients can train on their own. Each program has a specific price and duration. To view our programs' prices just click here.

How does FIT differ from other trainers or training companies ?

We are a customer-centric company, which means that we really care for our clients. We have built a very organized and advanced platform to ensure every client is successful in attaining their goals. Also, for us is very important to educate our clients in their journey to improve their health, therefore you will learn through our programs.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

We do not charge extra for nutritional guidance. Everything is included in the programs that are purchased unless noted otherwise. 

How does FIT make sure a client achieves their goals?

We have a platform. We have a system. We have the resources and the commitment to help you in the best way possible. We're also a data-centric company, so we analyze data to always ensure the results show.

What programs does FIT offer?

We offer in-person 1-on-1 private sessions and virtual sessions, online programs, class memberships and group training. To check them out, click here!

Do online programs have expirations or end dates ?

Some programs may be available permanently, others can be available up to a certain time. Timed programs will NOT be accessible after the end date, so all clients must take advantage of the time given. For permanent programs, a client can access the program at any time until a termination date is advised. 

We also have programs where clients can start their program at any time of their choice, and if it's time based, the client will have the specific amount of time given from the moment it was initiated. 

Is there a chat where we can reach customer service or the trainer in charge of the fitness account ?

Yes! We have a chat in our platform where you can talk with our customer service team or directly with your trainer. Also, some programs may include a group chat where information will always be sent out. We also have a chat through this website where you can talk to a support agent.

What are the types of payment?

We take payments thru credit/debit card, cash and checks. We DO NOT take money orders, payments thru Zelle, cashapp or venmo.

What will the purchased training program bring ?

Many of the programs bring a workout guide/program that shows the content for each week or month, a nutrition guide with meals or information on how to manage your nutrition, PDF documents containing important information, workout videos (how to do a certain exercise), progress photos uploader, measurements tracker, to-do tasks and many more things!
